What you should know before commissioning a website, an app or a management system in Equatorial Guinea, explained without jargon.
What a management system for your business should have: a cash register that balances, stock that is always up to date, permissions for each employee and your business on your phone even when you’re away. With the specifics for pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
It answers your customers at any time using the information you give it, takes orders and sends you reports. How it really works, what permissions to give it and where its limits are.
There is no single figure, but there are clear factors that drive the price. What makes a project more expensive, which costs appear later and how to ask for a quote you can compare.
From notebooks and Excel to a system all the staff can use: where to start, what to decide first (cloud or offline, who can access what) and how to make the switch without losing the school year.
Many businesses sell only through WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, and it works for them. When that’s enough, when it starts to fall short and how to combine social media, a website and WhatsApp without overspending.
Technical articles on how we build: decisions, code and what we learn on each project.
We run Supabase in several live projects. Here’s what we’ve learned: RLS done right, Realtime without memory leaks, multi-method auth and the real limits of the free plan.
Not theory — concrete examples of Python scripts we use in production: scraping with robust error handling, automated reports and bots that run unsupervised.
